Revvity reports that it will unveil the VivoJect
™
image-guided injection system at the AACR Annual Meeting in Chicago later this week. Paired with the Vega
™
automated preclinical ultrasound system, the VivoJect system was designed for real-time imaging and precise operation. It streamlines in vivo imaging workflows for applications such as tumor model creation, targeted drug delivery, gene therapy, stem cell research, and cardiac studies, according to Kevin Quick, vice president of platforms, life sciences.

“We’re bringing together cutting-edge science and innovative technology to support researchers working across the cancer science landscape, from early discovery to translational studies,” said Quick. “Our solutions are designed to empower scientists across various stages of their research, whether that’s decoding cancer at its most basic, molecular level, or developing novel therapeutics used to treat it.”

With 2024 revenue of more than $2.7 billion and approximately 11,000 employees, Revvity, headquarters in Waltham MA, serves the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, diagnostic labs, academia. and governments in more than 160 countries.

According to Statifacts, the global oncology market size $225.04 billion in 2024. The market size is expected to exceed $674.38 billion by 2034, expanding at a CAGR of 11.6% from 2025 to 2034. The oncology market growth is driven by patient-centric care, innovation in early detection techniques and screening programs, rising cancer incidences, and integration of machine learning, and artificial intelligence, notes Statifacts.

Officials at Revvity say the company will showcase a number of other products directed at cancer research at AACR.
